Ive been trying to write about the weekend but there was too much hilarity to even know where to start. For me though the highlights had to be:
- Watching Si drag Ali up THE hugest hill in Greenwich.
- Sex with Sally shots in Que Pasa on Saturday night (Butterscotch Schnapps and Dooleysyummy!)
- The Irish 2-piece band in Jonos dedicating songs to Rica
- Watching M trying to decide between the grey hooded top or the blue zip top, does she really need that bag, and how many pairs of slipper socks should she buy on a trip to the wonderland that we call Primark!!
- Teaching M and Sez cockney rhyming slang and phrases such as cor blimey guvner ave a butchers at that!
- The weird-ass conversations at Rica and Lees on Sunday night and the 20-minute conversation about how many pizzas to get and what toppings they should have!
- Brady Bunch impressions on HMS Belfast
- Dan coming up with endless alternative routes for how to get wherever we were going
- Ali and Sezs new handshake *chuckles*
- Westminster crabby, Alis sulky run when she realised shed got her facts about London slightly confused, bulldog poses in Green Park, Sez asking what are we looking at? as we stood outside Buckingham Palace, the list goes on
But now its back to reality, the girls have gone home but are certainly not forgottenmainly due to the bijillion bags of Hersheys Hugs, Kisses and Nuggets that are now resident in the fishflat fridge, the numerous rolls of film that will no doubt be hilarious when theyre developed and raise the question of what the hell were we doing??!, and the still slightly painful ankle I have from falling down the steps in Que Pasa on Saturday night before Id even managed to get any alcohol down my neck!!
M, Sez, it was great to finally meet you both, hopefully we'll see you both again soon xx
