And heres a little refresher (not the sweets though, more a recap of what was said!):
1. My Great Uncle was a bare-knuckle fighter who fought the likes of Roy 'Pretty Boy' Shaw
Effel and Triple-6 think Im lying about this (even though Six also doubts my ability on a bike!)
2. I once held the title 'Cyclist of the Year'
Ms-M doubts my abilities on this one and Tom thinks that I would continue this form of sport if it were true, and Kimmy reckons that because Cosmic is accident prone then obviously I would have no sense of balance, oh and Deany reckons this is the lie as well!
3. My godfather is the cab driver who got my Mum to the hospital when she went into labour with me.
4. Chris Eubank (boxer) got his driver to take me and a friend to our Christmas party because we couldn't get a taxi and were running late
Which Si (someone who has known me for 7 years) thinks is the lie?
So who is right.drum roll
Itsnumber 3.my godfather is not a cab driver, in fact when my mum went into labour with me my dad said ok then and promptly went back to sleep! Prizes go to Gopgirl and Dood! Congratulations!!
1. Its true, my great uncle had 48 fights and 48 wins until the day he fought Roy Pretty Boy Shaw. He (Uncle Don) was known as King of the Gypsies - I believe because of the opponents he had.
2. I was indeed Cyclist of the Year 1990. At the tender age of 13 this little fishie not also had the ability to balance on a bike but could also ride in and out of cones better than anyone else in the borough (there was even a picture of me and my bike in the local newspaper such fame!)
3. Was the lie
4. Also true. 3 years ago me and my friend Nat from work were trying to get to our Christmas party and were trying to get from Victoria to Park Lane in the middle of December while it was pissing down with rain. As the rest of London were also trying to get to parties the queues for cabs were HUGE and Nat and I were trying to blag a minicab when we realised that it was no ordinary cab and the passenger was Chris Eubank. Because Nat came from Brighton (where he lives) she had met him a couple of times before so after a quick chat and a hug we got in the car and arrived at our party, on time! Big yay for Chris!!
So there you have it. No shouts for this week because it took me too long to link everything in this one!
Happy weekend to you all and huge hugs of good luck to thesetwo and thesetwo
