I'm so crap at updating lately, the days seem to be passing by really quickly but I never seem to have anything interesting to say!
Just had a week off work and preparing myself for 6.30am wake up calls again!
Had a pretty relaxed week. Caught up with some old work friends, watched loads of movies, ate too much cheese on Thursday night with Mrs D, followed by too much beer, wine and chinese takeaway over the weekend!! Which is probably not the greatest of moves since I am having weight issues at the moment!
I've put on just over half a stone over the last couple of months and my clothes are starting to feel slightly more snug than they were. I'm debating on whether to join a gym, seems like a bit of a pointless exercise (no pun intended!) as I'll only end up being really enthusiastic for the first few weeks and then only go once in a blue moon and be wasting �30-40 a month on membership fees. Maybe I'll buy myself a bicycle...or some rollerblades instead! I can just see me now whizzing along the Essex streets in a pair of skates hurtling towards the nearest wall or lamp post as I won't have figured out how to stop!!
Hmmmmm.....any ideas from anyone as to how I can get fit and shed some pounds really cheaply would be most appreciated!
