Firstly, I just have to say a HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGE thank you to my darling wife who has excelled herself in revamping me after our drunken conversation last night which went something like:
Ali: Let me 'do' your diary
Me: OK then!
My page rocks!! (Well I think it does anyway) Lova ya Cammy..creme egg is on its way to you!
Secondly, I would like to say that I did not lead Ali astray last night..she was the one that passed out on the train on the way home (at about 8.30!) while I remained fully alert and had a conversation with Si. Admittedly I can't remember what it was about but that's beside the point!!
Thirldy, it was well worth it. We now have our training programme mapped out (starting monday) and we will be doing 1 session of indoor walking (at least 5 miles),1 aerobics class, 1 outdoor walking session (min. 8 miles)each week as well as 15 minutes of yoga stretching every morning before getting ready for work. If we feel like it and have the time we will do more sessions but that is the minimum we are doing every week. So be prepared for some no doubt hilarious pics of the fishies in training! Never mind, in 11 weeks time we will be the fittest fishies around!
Anyway, time is ticking on and its about time I went home to get some beauty sleep and start deciding what I am going to wear tomorrow night!
