Not really much to say but I am trying to kill the last 20 minutes of my day. I really want to get out of work now. My brain is not functioning properly!
It's Day 3 of the 'get skinny and lovely plan' and so far I'm not doing too bad. I have eaten loads of fruit, veg and salad (boring I know but no pain, no gain and all that) and my caffeine intake has been cut dramatically. My god that sounds so boring but I did allow myself the pleasure of 2 squares of Dairy Milk last night.
I am off to the gym again tonight even though I am still in pain from the yoga class I went to on Monday but I need to keep going while I have the motivation!
Hurrah, 4 minutes to go till release time............
